CUSTOM SHOWER DESIGN FEATURES

Make Your Shower, Yours

Custom tile showers allow for design flexibility that prefabricated shower units simply can't match. With the right tile selection and layout planning, a shower can become the centerpiece of the entire bathroom.

Popular custom shower design features include:

Careful layout planning ensures grout lines remain balanced and design features integrate cleanly into the overall shower installation.

Waterproofing Systems That Protect Your Shower

Shower waterproofing system installed in Hamilton Ontario

A tile shower is only as reliable as the system behind the tile. Proper waterproofing is essential to prevent leaks, moisture damage, and costly repairs down the road.

At Guelph Tile, shower installations are built using trusted waterproofing systems including Schluter, Kerdi, Wedi, and others designed specifically for tiled wet areas. These systems create a sealed barrier behind the tile, protecting the structure of the home while allowing the finished surface to perform as intended.

By focusing on careful preparation and correct installation methods, we build showers that are not only beautiful but designed to last.

Our Installation Standards

A high-quality tile shower requires more than simply setting tile. Proper preparation, waterproofing, and careful layout planning all play an important role in the longevity of the finished installation.

Every project is completed with close attention to:

Proper shower pan slope and drainage
Waterproofing systems designed for wet environments
Balanced tile layout and grout alignment
Clean edging and finishing details

All installations include a minimum one-year labour warranty, and depending on the waterproofing systems and materials used, some projects may qualify for extended warranties of up to a lifetime.

Our goal is to build showers that homeowners can rely on for many years.
